Chris is a Director at Delivering Outcomes and is passionate about the outcome delivery of Work Health and Safety (WHS) in an approach that integrates safety across a business and builds business improvement. This has been establish through working with customers internationally, nationally and locally. 

Chris believes that WHS can be integrated into a business to reduce costs around worker compensation claims, increase productivity and improve staff retention and development. 

Chris has a Diploma in Leadership, Quality Management, Project Delivery, Finance, Change Management, Service Delivery, Safety, Business Planning and Strategy and ICAM Lead Investigator. He has undertaken the WHS Cert IV BSB41419 in Work Health and Safety to refresh his knowledge and remain current.

Jeni Couchman

Director

Jeni is a Director at Delivering Outcomes and specialises in WHS, auditing, procurement, transactional HR, and payroll processes. Jeni advocates for practical and effective workplace processes that meet workers’ physical and psychological needs.

Passionate about improving business processes, Jeni supports our customers from initial project development to efficient completion. She focuses on training and driving change to make operations more efficient through better-informed business decisions. Jeni’s accomplished background in managing and guiding teams and her ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects to completion support this.

Jeni’s qualifications include a Diploma in Counselling, a Certificate III in Financial Services, a Certificate IV in WHS (BSB41419) and an ICAM Lead Investigator. Jeni is completing a bachelor’s in psychology and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society for academic excellence.
